Homemade ghee (clarified butter) from grass-fed cows is unparalleled in flavor. In this one-hour class, we will use organic slow-churned butter to make our individual 16 oz batches of ghee.
Ghee is highly desired in Ayurveda for health. It withstands high heat for cooking, promotes digestion, lubricates bodily tissues inside and out, acts as a carrier for herbal remedies and is delicious!
Thursday, April 18th, 7 pm - 8 pm. $27 includes 16 oz of your own personalized batch of ghee. Class is limited to 4 people.
The full moon will be 8 hours after class. When you take home your ghee, set it out under the moon to imbibe the special qualities of fullness, luminosity and clarity of the full moon.
