As we each learn new aspects of our selves during coronavirus self-isolation, a supportive daily routine to nurture ourselves helps maintain emotional and physical health.

What we do every day is more impactful to our well-being than the occasional night of binge-watching a Netflix series. To support your needs and goals, I would be delighted to help you establish a daily routine that is workable and specific to fulfilling your needs.

For example, daily self-massage with warm herbal oil is a wonderful way to remain supple and nourish the six layers of skin down into the muscles and ligaments. Abhyanga, as this practice is traditionally called, is deeply relaxing, promotes restful sleep, circulates the lymph, and helps with summer hydration. That said, there will be some individuals for whom this practice is not currently supportive.

One of the beautiful aspects of Ayurveda is in the relationship of the practitioner, Anahita, and you, the student of yourself. Together, we can delve into the root causes of your imbalances; some short-term and others that may have been with you a long time. We find adjustments and additions to make to your daily routine to pacify your current concerns and complaints.

Please take this unique, historical time of living in a pandemic to slow down, listen, and love. Love for yourself and for all on the planet, for we are truly one.

I am offering consultations via FaceTime and Zoom.

Be well, stay safe and be you, an embodiment of love.

Empower yourself through the wisdom and knowledge of the ancient healing system of Ayurveda during a consultation with Anahita. Learn how to shift your individual body’s imbalances back into harmony through mindful diet and lifestyle choices, meditation and breathing, based on your unique constitution formed at birth. Ayurveda treats the mind, body and soul to achieve health and longevity.

Rarely have I encountered a practitioner who was so present and such a loving heart. Her presence is immediately therapeutic and her passion for what she does facilitates the healing process.”
